Joseph Grosso
President and Chairman

Mr. Grosso became one of the early pioneers of the mining sector in Argentina in 1993, when mining was opened to foreign investment. He is founder and President of the Grosso Group Management Ltd., a company providing strategic counsel and assistance with financing to emerging private and public companies. Mr. Grosso has a long- standing relationship with Argentina through both business dealings and family ties. This relationship has permitted him to become acquainted with the different aspects of doing business throughout South America. Over the last decade this network has expanded to the resource and financial communities throughout North and South America, England and Europe.

Mr. Grosso’s extensive knowledge of the mining industry in Argentina and Peru was instrumental in attracting the premier management and exploration teams that now make up The Grosso Group. This has led to the acquisition of numerous key properties and successful negotiations with Barrick Gold Corporation, Rio Tinto Mining and many others. Mr. Grosso’s specialty is financing, corporate development and marketing strategy to emerging private and public companies.

David A. Terry, PhD, PGeo
Senior Vice President, Exploration

Dr. Terry's considerable experience in the mining sector has focused on exploration for a wide spectrum of precious and base metal deposits throughout North and South America. For more than 18 years he has specialized in the areas of international project management, advanced project evaluation, acquisitions, and design and implementation of exploration programs.   Dr. Terry holds a B.Sc. and Ph.D. in geology from the University of Western Ontario.  In the course of his career he has held positions with a number of senior mining companies including Boliden Limited, Westmin Resources Limited, Hemlo Gold Mines Inc., Cominco Limited and Gold Fields Mining Corporation as well as spending several years with the British Columbia Ministry of Energy and Mines.  Currently Dr. Terry is Vice President, Exploration and director of several Grosso Group Companies.

Nikolaos Cacos, BSc, MIM
Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Cacos brings over 14 years of management expertise in the mineral exploration industry. His career includes administration and strategic planning for public companies in a diverse range of industries. Mr. Cacos currently serves as an officer and director of a number of TSX Venture Exchange listed companies. He holds a Master of International Management degree from Heidelberg, Germany and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia.

Sean Hurd
Vice President, Corporate Communications

Mr. Hurd has 15 years of experience in the Corporate Communications field specializing in public exploration companies. His network of contacts with the financial community, industry analysts and the resource media extend across North America, Asia and Europe. Mr Hurd has been involved in initial IPOs, small cap start-ups and reorganization, as well as extensive experience with development stage companies. His depth of understanding of the resource public markets is a strong asset for The Grosso Group member companies' marketing efforts.

Arthur (Art) Lang, BComm, CA
CFO

Mr. Lang is a seasoned chartered accountant with over 25 years of financial management and business development background. He brings extensive experience to the Board in dealing in financial matters and corporate strategy.
